Job Vacancy: Network Fibre Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking five (5) skilled and motivated Network Fiber Technicians to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, splicing, testing, and maintaining fiber optic cables and related network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, terminate, and test fiber optic cables (single-mode & multi-mode).
• Perform fibre splicing and fault identification using OTDR, power meter, and other testing tools.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fiber optic networks to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality network solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fiber Optic / Network Technician.
• Knowledge of fiber optic splicing, testing equipment, and installation methods.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, structured cabling).
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and layouts.
• Physically fit and willing to work in indoor/outdoor/field environments.

Education & Experience:

• Proven experience/training accomplished/Diploma /Certification in Networking, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Relevant vendor certifications (Fiber Optic Technician, CCNA, etc.) are an advantage.
