Working in the UK, Europe and Nepal gave me valuable insights into how fair and transparent HR systems can support long-term business and employee success. The UAE, with its unique position as a hub for international talent, inspired me to establish SJD in order to introduce HR solutions that reinforce integrity, compliance, and sustainability in line with its forward-looking vision.” The UAE is home to a dynamic labor market, powered by talent from across the globe, especially from entire GCC REGION, South and Southeast Asia. Unfortunately, many of these workers become victims of unethical recruitment practices, exploited by agents, burdened with heavy commission fees, and trapped in fraudulent or misleading contracts.

This inspired me to establish SJD – Sustainable Job Development. Our mission is clear:

To champion sustainable HR practices that empower organizations while protecting the dignity of workers.

To eliminate unnecessary middlemen and fraudulent recruitment practices.

To create a direct, transparent, and fair recruitment channel between businesses and candidates.

As a post Grad with specialization in corporate law and Islamic finance, I bring a rare combination of legal knowledge, HR expertise, and ethical responsibility to the recruitment sector. This ensures that every client we serve, and every candidate we place, is protected by a framework of compliance, fairness, and accountability.
